Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

You may exchange or return your purchase in case of any fault or technical issue only within 3 days from the shipping date (excluding shipping and handling).

Change of mind is NOT applicable for refunds and exchanges. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from daimtraders.pk. Please note:

  • The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Some items may have a limited return policy and are considered special.
  • All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Timeframe: Must be returned within 24 hours only in case of a fault or technical issue (change of mind is NOT applicable).
  • Condition: Items must be in brand new condition and non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
  • Packaging: Must be returned in original packaging and undamaged.
  • Contents: Must include all packing materials, manuals, and accessories (if provided).
  • Shipping: Ship via an insured ground service (TCS, LCS, MNP, or Pakistan Post) with a tracking number.
  • Responsibility: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Reasons for Return Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Signs of wear.
  • Missing parts, including tags, manuals, bags, etc. (if provided).
  • Damage to the watch or packaging.

If there are noticeable discrepancies or damages upon receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please refer to the What to Do if There is a Discrepancy with Your Order section.

Payment Process

  • Refunds will be processed depending on the original payment method used by the buyer:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund may take up to 30-45 days.
    • Local Bank Account: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days upon receiving the goods back at our location.
  • Refunds will be made only to your local PKR bank account.
  • Delivery and handling charges of 1000 PKR will be deducted from the refund amount.
