At Daim Traders, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain a transparent return and refund process to ensure a fair experience for all our clients. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

π Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges only in case of a verified fault or technical issue within 3 days of delivery. Returns must be pre-approved through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Daim Traders.
β οΈ Change of mind is NOT eligible for return or exchange.

β Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
β’ Timeframe: Return must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
β’ Condition: Product must be unused, in brand new condition.
β’ Packaging: Must include original packaging, manuals, tags, accessories, and security seals (if any).
β’ Shipping: Items must be returned through a trackable and insured courier (TCS, LCS, M&P, or Pakistan Post).
β’ Customer Responsibility: All return shipping charges are the buyerβs responsibility. Daim Traders is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
β’ Vintage Watches
No refunds. Functional issues will be addressed case by case.
β’ Final Sale / Promotional Offers
Items sold under deals, discounts, giveaways, or gift cards are non-returnable.
β’ Preorders
All preorders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

π°οΈ Warranty Disclaimer
We do not offer warranty on the following parts:
β’ Watch strap, bracelet, or clasp
β’ Watch glass/crystal
β’ Case polish or cosmetic wear
β’ Other fragile or decorative elements
βοΈ Warranty applies to movement (machine) only, and covers internal mechanical faults.
No external part is covered under warranty, similar to official brand policies.
Any claim raised for strap, glass, or similar cosmetic issues will not be entertained.

β Return Refusal Grounds
We reserve the right to decline any return in the following cases:
β’ Signs of usage or wear
β’ Damaged packaging or missing parts
β’ Return without prior RMA approval
β’ Mismatched or tampered serial tags (if applicable)

πΈ Refund & Payment Processing
Approved refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
β’ Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund within 30β45 days
β’ Bank Transfer: Refund within 2β3 business days after item is returned
Refunds will be made only via PKR local bank account.
A flat PKR 1,000 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
For voluntary returns, a 30% deduction will apply on the total amount.

Please note that vintage watches may have a time variance of Β±40 seconds per day, which is considered normal.
No service or return will be provided for this reason.
