Messages on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
When you comment on our posts or send us a message on our Facebook Page, our Instagram account (@daim.traders) or WhatsApp, we receive your message, your public profile name and username, and any photos, links or attachments you send. We use this only to answer your questions, share product details and prices, process orders and provide customer support. Some replies to comments and messages may be sent automatically on our behalf through Meta’s official messaging tools. We do not sell this information.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
To ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your messages with us on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, send us a message on WhatsApp at +92 310 3017664 or on our Facebook Page or Instagram (@daim.traders) with the words “Delete my data”. We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law (for example, order and payment records).

We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics and the Pinterest Tag to understand how visitors use our website and to show relevant ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and Pinterest. These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you view and actions such as adding a product to your cart or placing an order. You can limit this through your browser’s cookie settings and the ad preferences on those platforms.
Automated and AI-assisted Replies
Some replies to comments and messages on our Facebook Page and Instagram account are written by an AI assistant using information from our own website (product details, prices and stock). Our team reviews these conversations and personally handles orders, payments and special requests.
Delivery Partners
To deliver your order we share your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partners: TCS within Pakistan, and UPS or DHL for international orders.
Signing in with Google
If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and sign in to your Daim Traders account and to fill in your details at checkout. We never receive your Google password, and you can always check out as a guest instead.
Offers and Discount Codes
If you ask for a discount code through the offer on our website, we collect your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address. We use them to create one personal code for you, send it to you, and check that each number or email receives only one code. If you tick “Send me new arrivals & offers on WhatsApp”, we may also message you about new watches and offers; you can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
